All machines are carefully prepared for ocean freight with protective coatings, vacuum-sealed components, moisture-absorbing materials, and sturdy wooden crates. Heavy machines are secured to steel frames. We also provide installation manuals and all necessary tooling with each shipment.
All IRONTECH machines come with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty packages of 24 or 36 months are available. Warranty service includes free replacement parts and technical support.
